Derry City manager spoke about the team's recent run of form, saying the break likely came at a good time for his side. He admitted that they got to spend a bit of time away, but Bohemians had their own training programmes and worked hard. The manager didn't have much to report on injuries, but did comment on the recent return of Liam Boyce to action. He said they aren't that much further on, with probably 2/3 players that are day by day with them at the moment and they may make Friday on the bench. The manager also confirmed that there is work ongoing to bring in new players, and they want to bring in character that can help them get out of their current position. He pointed out that Bohemians have four wins in five and scoring a lot of goals, but as they point out the players, this is a great opportunity. The manager also mentioned that their Achilles heel has been that they haven't been able to put the ball in the net, and they have 16 cup finals left to give their supporters something to cheer about.
